Four disciplines, one machine.

eBACCO is born where mechanics, software, agronomy and design really meet — in the same decisions, not in separate departments passing the work along.

Origin

From a thesis to a company.

eBACCO starts as a university project and becomes an entrepreneurial one step by step: technical development, field trials, ties with people doing agricultural research.

We didn't start from a lab or an office. We started from a vineyard and a concrete question: why do you need five machines to do a day's work? From there the project grew alongside the prototype, correction after correction.

The company is the consequence. Not the starting point.

COO · Operations and businessTurns the project into a business that stands up: production, suppliers, costs, timing. The part that decides whether a good idea becomes a real machine.

Head of Agronomics · AgronomyBrings the real work into the technical choices: how a machine moves between the rows, what's actually needed in the field, which data matters to growers.

Head of Mechanics · MechanicsLeads the frame, the drive and the machine's physical architecture. eBACCO's robustness and modularity start here, from the machine's design.

Method

Build, not just present.

Every version of eBACCO went through the field before going through a presentation. The things that didn't work, we saw break in person.

The cycle is always the same: you design, you build a prototype, you take it to work for real, you note what fails and why, you correct. Then again. Fourteen rounds before a machine worth continuing with.
